Our Story
C'est Bon Aussies is an 11 acre farm located in Iota, Louisiana that occasionally have Aussie puppies for sale. We adopted our first Aussie 20 yrs ago and have been in love with the breed ever since. Our Aussies love spending their time chasing farm animals, fetching in the pond or just relaxing on the porch. All our Puppies are hand raised in home; socialized with farm animals, other dogs, children, and start the potty training process before leaving. Each puppy gets TONS of individual attention as we spend ALOT of time making sure EACH and EVERY pup is well socialized and raised in puppy culture. We de-worm our pups at 2, 4, & 6 wks old and are vaccinated/health checked by a veterinarian at 6wks.
Tails are docked and dew claws removed at 3 days old unless specified differently. If you choose to keep the tail, half the price of the pup is due upfront and is non refundable. With only producing a few litters a year, our pups are usually reserved ahead of time to a waitlist.
What you get at C'est Bons Aussies is a healthy, playful, loving, well rounded ball of energy that’s ready to love you and your family the rest of his/her days.

Our sweet southern pearl Greta! She's an absolute sweetheart and THE best mom. She is very agile , will jump over any obstacle in her way, and has a fearless yet sweet personality. Very much my Velcro Aussie!

Piper is a stunning Frankie and Woody baby that is staying with us on the farm. She's a super sweet girl with a medium drive , loves treat time and chasing Sully. She's very much attached to my Husband. Look for her first litter in 2024!

Clair Bear is a gorgeous red merle pup we kept from Greta and Woody's 2023 litter. She currently is enjoying being a pup on the farm. We are hoping this beautiful girl will be taking her moms place once she retires.

Meet the Australian Shepherd
Australian Shepherds are commonly called "Aussies," and are categorized as members of the Herding group. If they see sheep, chickens, goats, horses, ducks even a group of children their instinct is to herd them. The instinct to guard his property also comes from his herding instincts. They love to play ball, go for hikes, catch flying disks, and participate in obedience, agility, tracking and herding events. They are super smart and do need to have a job, something to keep their minds challenged and busy. Aussies come in several different colors, black, blue merle, red merle and red all with or without white markings and/or tan points. The Aussie coat sheds, but it is very easy to keep up ( if done often) and water resistant. Aussies are loyal family members and active companions for young children. They absolutely love being around people and very much a velcro dog !
